What is boba, anyway?
Boba, also called bubble tea, is a tea-based drink served over chewy tapioca pearls (the "bubbles"). It started in Taiwan and has become one of the most fun, customizable drinks around. You pick your tea, your flavor, and your level of sweetness, then sip those signature pearls right through an oversized straw.
At Kona Poké, boba is part of the island experience.
